Terms of use
Tokenzo is an information site about tokenized stocks. Using it means accepting the terms below. Last updated 2026-10-01.
What Tokenzo is, and is not
Tokenzo describes tokens that track listed shares: who issues them, on which blockchains they exist, where they trade and earn, and what the share behind them did. It does not issue, sell, broker, custody or recommend any of them, and nothing on the site is investment, legal or tax advice, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or token.
A token is not the share
Holding a token is not holding the share it tracks. What a holder owns depends on the issuer’s terms, which differ by issuer and can change; the issuer pages summarise them, and the issuer’s own documents govern. Whether a token may be bought at all depends on where the buyer lives and on the issuer’s rules; see Regulation and investor eligibility. Checking both is the reader’s responsibility.
Accuracy
Figures come from blockchains, decentralised exchanges, exchange order books and market-data providers, through automated collection that can be late, incomplete or wrong. A missing figure is shown as a dash rather than a zero, and each page says where its data came from and when, but no figure is warranted accurate, complete or current. Past pool rates and past price moves describe the past; nothing on the site projects a return.
No liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Tokenzo and the people who run it are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on anything in it. The site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, and may change or stop at any time.
Using the site
The site may be read freely. Automated access that burdens the service or copies it wholesale is not permitted; the structured data in the pages is there for search engines and ordinary use. Linked third-party sites have terms of their own.
Changes
These terms may change, and the date above moves when they do. Continuing to use the site after a change accepts it.
